International gymnastics is returning to Chicago in March of 2018! Three exciting events will showcase top male and female gymnasts from around the United States and the world. The Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates will again play host March 2nd and 3rd for the AT&T American Cup, Nastia Liukin Cup, and Elite Team Cup.

Through Team Tri-Star, discounted tickets are available for the American Cup Competition on Saturday 3/3 at 10:30am(showcasing top International Elite Gymnasts from around the globe) or for all 3 sessions including up & coming American male and female junior athletes in the Women’s Nastia Liukin Cup on Friday 3/2 at 7pm and the Men’s Elite Team Cup on Saturday 3/3 at 5pm.

How to Purchase Tickets via Tri-Star Website/Parent Portal

  • Log into the Tri-Star's Parent Portal using the link:
  • Select EVENT Registration Tab
  • Use the Event Calendar and Go to March 3, 2018
  • Select the ticket option you would like to purchase (Pink represent ALL Session Tickets)
  • Complete Mini Online Registration form
  • Submit Registration
  • The ticket Fees will post to your account and the Credit Card on File will be charged
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your registration and purchase

We have two tiers of seats available to fit your budget: Discounted tickets are only available until 11/28.

- Tier 1: Gold Level $75
- Tier 2: Silver Level $65

All Session Tickets (includes all 3 events - Nastia Liukin Cup, American Cup, and Elite Cup):
- Tier 1: Gold Level $95
- Tier 2: Silver Level $85

Additional Event Description:

  • Nastia Liukin Cup (junior women) - Fri 3/2 at 7pm. The 36 participants in the Nastia Liukin Cup are selected through the Nastia Liukin Cup Series, which features many of the country's top gymnastics invitationals held throughout the United States. A total of 18 junior and 18 senior gymnasts advance to the Nastia Liukin Cup. Senior athletes must be 16 years of age or older, and junior athletes must be 15 or younger.
  • MAIN EVENT: AT&T American Cup (international men & women) - Sat 3/3 at 10:30 AM. The 2018 AT&T American Cup, the USA’s most prestigious international invitational, showcases many of the world’s best gymnasts, in a one-day, all-around competition. The impressive list of former American Cup champions includes: Simone Biles, Gabby Douglas, Nastia Liukin, Sam Mikulak, Carly Patterson, and Mary Lou Retton. The competition is truly where future Gymnastics super stars are made!
  • Elite Team Cup (junior men) - Sat 3-3 at 5pm. The Elite Team Cup features nine men’s Regional Teams. The country’s best junior elite male gymnasts compete, representing their respective regions. The junior elite gymnasts must be between 13-18 years of age.

Caden Meet and Winter Registration

August, 2017

Join Team Tri-Star for our Annual Elizabeth Caden Memorial Meet and help our USAG Girls kick off their competitive season. The meet starts at 10am and proceeds go towards the annual Caden Memorial Scholarship which supports an exceptional graduating high school gymnast on the road to college.

Competition begins at 10am on Sunday 10/29. Admission $5 for adults, $3 for children. There will be concessions, raffles, and prizes! Wear your best Team Tri-Star apparel. It's a great opportunity to see some high level gymnastics right here at home!"

Also, Priority Re-registration for the Winter Session is now open! Current students will have the opportunity to reserve a spot in their current class for the Winter Session. Registration is open in-person during office hours, by mail, or online through the Parent Portal. NOTE: General registration for current students does not open until Monday 10/30

October, 2017

- October 23rd: Registration opens for current students to renew their spot in their current class

- October 30th: General registration opens for current students. This is an opportunity to change classes/days/times before registration opens to the general public.
*NOTE: Students should expect to remain in the same class level for the full school year unless they are aging out of Parent-Tot, Tiny Tot, or Young Mini-Stars. Classes are designed to continue to challenge students each session in their current class.
Student evaluations begin the week of October 9th and will be completed the week of October 30th. All students will receive a progress report and a small number may be invited to move into an invitation-only level class such as Super Mini-Stars, Fast Track.

November 6th: Registration opens for new students.

November 20th: The 13 week Winter Session begins and runs through March 3rd. Classes will be pro-rated for the Holiday Break.

Fall Session - New Makeup Policy

August, 2017

Beginning in the Fall Session, students will be allowed 2 make-ups per session: 1 make-up class (pending availability), and 1 free family fun session. Make-ups must be pre-arranged. There is no fee credit for missed classes during the school year except for a class "cancelled by Tri-Star.

Our 2017 Fall Schedule is now available and the session is open for registration! Tri-Star Gymnastics offers age-appropriate classes for kindergarteners and pre-schoolers as well as skill-based classes for students in grade school and up.

Open Registration

February, 2017

Spring 2017 is now open to new students! Please see our program listings for kindergarten and recreational classes to select the gymnastics, tumbling or cheer class that is right for your child and your schedule! Classes fill up fast, so don't want too long!

With the start of Open Registration, we are also opening up registration for our 30th Annual Gym Show performance! The show is open to students enrolled in the Spring 2017 session! Just fill out the registration form with your information and your child's class to sign up!

New Makeup Policy

February, 2017

Beginning in the spring session, make-ups will no longer be scheduled during regular classes. Students who miss a class are invited to make up the missed class during one of our Family Fun sessions (weekdays at noon or Saturday at 4:30). Like all family fun participants, students would need to be accompanied by an adult. No more than 3 makeups will be allowed per session. There is no fee credit for missed classes during the school year except for a class "cancelled by Tri-Star.

Spring Session

January, 2017

Spring 2017 class schedule is now available!

Renewal Registration for currently-enrolled students begins Monday, February 6th. Open registration for new students will begin on Monday, February 20th. Returning students who wish to enroll in a different class for the upcoming Spring Session will not be entered into class rosters until February 10th; this is in order go give returning students enough time to hold their spot in their same class between sessions.

The highlight of the Spring Session this year is our 30th Annual Gym Show on Saturday, May 20th. Students of all ages will learn a special dance routine and receive a special uniform for showtime! Contact our office for details or sign-up online!

Winter Break

Happy New Year to gymnasts and parents! Hope you all enjoyed your holiday!

Tri-Star Gymnastics rec program and business office remain closed this week for winter break. Classes and regular hours will resume on Saturday, January 7th, to commence the 5th week of our Winter Session. New students who wish to register for classes at Tri-Star may do so beginning Saturday when our office opens again.

Winter Session

October, 2016

We are nearing the end of the 2016 Fall Session for recreational gymnastics classes. Pre-registration for returning students will begin on Monday, October 24th, at which time families with existing portal accounts will be able to re-enroll for the Winter session. Students looking to transfer to a different day/time or move to a higher level class will be able to enroll beginning on Monday, October 31st.
