Registration Instructions:
1. Read this information sheet completely
2. Download or Pick up the current schedule with registration form
3. Download or Pickup a blank Waiver sheet
4. Fill out registration form and waiver sheet
5. Bring completed form, waiver sheet and payment to Tri-Star Gymnastics
Please find our SPRING SCHEDULE, & WAIVER/RELEASE Sheet. The Waiver Sheet MUST be completed and signed each new school year.
Thank you for your inquiry into our gymnastics program. Our sessions have been extended to 13 weeks, but the tuition rate remains at $10.50 per hour. Our ANNUAL registration fee of $20 has been pro-rated down to $10 for the first child and $5 for the second child in the same family for the Spring Session. No registration fee is charged for more than 2 children per family.
We maintain a 1 to 5 teacher/student ration for the Young Mini-Stars, a 1 to 6 teacher/student ratio for the Mini-Star classes and a 1 to 8 teacher/student ratio for all other classes.
We do not accept credit cards. Please mail in your registration with
Waiver form completed along with your check. You will not hear from us
unless the 1st choice of class time is filled. We will call to confirm your second
choice for class entry.
Note that we also offer Birthday Parties on Saturdays and Sundays; and Family Fun on Saturdays 4:30-5:30pm. Family Fun is $5/child, no more than 2 children per adult for safety reasons. Adults are required to enter gym and participate with children during Family Fun.
