23rd Annual Gym Show Recital

“Reaching for the Stars”

Saturday, May 22^nd

Watch your child shine as they perform in our 23rd Annual Gym Show.  “Reaching for the Stars” will be held at Oak Park and River Forest High School’s Field House on Saturday, May 22^nd.  The MINI-STAR MATINEE will begin promptly at 2:30PM and the MAIN EVENT (BAB, Fast Track, All-Levels & Teams) will begin promptly at 6:00PM.  Participants are required to arrive ½ hour before start time for staging.  Each girl receives a leotard and each boy receives shorts & t-shirt outfit for the participation fee.   Their attire will be handed out in their regular classes just prior to the show.  The cost is $45 per child (2^nd child same family is $30) to participate. 

Children will practice their routines during the floor time in class and only be asked to come to an additional class or extra practice if absolutely necessary.  Further information will be sent home as needed for practice.

When registering your children, please fill out “ONE FORM PER CHILD” as we will need to know which classes your children attend for proper attire orders.  Payment must accompany the registration forms that are DUE NO LATER THAN SATURDAY, April 10^th.

ATTACHED IS OUR VOLUNTEER SHEET - - PLEASE LOOK IT OVER CAREFULLY TO CONSIDER HOW YOU MIGHT HELP WITH THE EVENT, BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE SHOW!  We are regularly and consistently in great need of strong men to help after the Main Event loading the truck and returning all the equipment to our gym.
